FAIR USAGE POLICY /FUP/

  1. GENERAL
    1. The terms of Fair Usage Policy (further FUP) apply to all infinite services of the provider.
    2. The provider is legitimate to cancel any services of the user without refund, if violation of the terms of FUP has been uncovered.
    3. The terms of FUP may change or cancel any terms of General Terms of Use (GTU).

  2. WEBHOSTING:
    1. The user is legitimate to use any infinite services of the provider (space, traffic, e-mail accounts etc. in accordance with providers offer) or their parts, for individual needs without any limitations by the provider. The user is not legitimate to offer the services of the provider or their parts to third parties, with or without payment. It is also not allowed to join two and more websites of unrelated subjects under one account.
    2. The user may offer providers services or their parts, or join more websites under one account only with written agreement with the provider.
    3. Use of any infinite service may not affect any other user using the same service.
    4. By violation of article 2) c) FUP the provider notifies the user, who takes immediate actions to prevent the violation. In case no actions are taken upon one week of the notice, the provider is legitimate to cancel the users services without refund.

  3. E-MAILS
    1. The user is legitimate to use any infinite services of the provider (space, traffic, e-mail accounts etc. in accordance with providers offer) or their parts, for individual needs without any limitations by the provider. The user is not legitimate to offer the services of the provider or their parts to third parties, with or without payment. It is also not allowed to join two and more e-mails of unrelated subjects under one account.
    2. The user may offer providers services or their parts, or join more websites under one account only with written agreement with the provider.
    3. Use of any infinite service may not affect any other user using the same service.
    4. By violation of article 2) c) FUP the provider notifies the user, who takes immediate actions to prevent the violation. In case no actions are taken upon one week of the notice, the provider is legitimate to cancel the users services without refund.
